What Tom's Fans Are Saying

Kris & Patrick

We come to Vegas once or twice a year for the entertainment and casinos. We have seen everything on the strip and try to do new things every time we visit. I found your show on the internet as I did research for this year's trip and got a "half off" coupon. I cannot tell you how much fun we had. You had me laughing so hard I was in tears, you had me singing along at the top of my lungs and you had me on my feet applauding and whistling. AND THEN you dedicated your Ray Charles finale to the Service Woman in the 2nd row center in front of me (Geri) and she presented you with a flag and certificates and I was a crying mess.

All that for entertainment for a few bucks!

I think the most fun is the intimacy, the personal interaction and the warmth that is obvious between you and your audience. I have seen a lot of comedians in Vegas. I can name you some major headliners that didn't care that I was sitting in row J - seat 18 (out of 1250 seats in the Mirage audience) for 85$. They just did their show and went home. You were having as much fun entertaining US as we were having watching the show! Your show is applicable for all adults - you don't have to be 75 years old to appreciate the characters. I am in my late forties and I easily recognized each voice and style in your repertoire. The routines are funny with or without the voices.

The most fun is when you make yourself smile. Then I can tell you aren't just doing your "job" and that you aren't just a "performing dog" doing a trick. You are actually enjoying yourself. The comedy is fresh and funny and a huge part of the entertainment, but your vocal skills are amazing. To be able to sing (and sing WELL) in someone else's style while keeping up their mannerisms is talent. I have seen the Phantom of the Opera and can say that you have probably caused Howard McGillin (male lead in PotO) some sleepless nights because of your range and skills.

On our way out your wife Perla said she had been watching me and could tell I was enjoying myself. I make it a point to enjoy myself where ever I am, but I have to tell you, you made it easy to have fun. I still have "Mack, the Knife" stuck in my head this morning. The Riviera was clean and bright and the casino was paying pretty good odds on the slots. We won a little, lost a little and saw a great show. The Riviera venue has a private and personal feel that I have not experienced anywhere else.

I haven't stopped talking about it to any one who will listen. We told all the cab drivers we saw the show and that it was GREAT (we make it a point to tip well so they will remember us and pass on the good word!) We told cocktail waitresses, card dealers, bartenders and even the lucky souls traveling in elevators with us. I am buying a CD online and will enjoy the show over and over every time we play it. Yes, it was that much fun. (We looked for a CD or DVD on the way out but didn't see any on display.)

Thank you for the time, effort, energy and enthusiasm that you put into your entertainment. You make it look easy.
